Pressure Washing
In the Pacific Northwest, we recommend every 1-2 years. Our wet climate encourages moss, algae, and mildew growth faster than drier regions. If you notice green buildup or black streaks, it's time.
Not when done properly. We adjust pressure and technique based on the surface. For delicate materials, we use soft washing with lower pressure and specialized solutions.
A driveway takes about 1-2 hours. A full house wash typically takes 2-4 hours depending on size. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Not necessarily. As long as we have water access and can reach the areas being cleaned, you're free to go about your day. We'll text you photos when done.
Pressure washing uses high water pressure—great for concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure with cleaning solutions—ideal for roofs, siding, and delicate surfaces.
Yes, we can significantly reduce or remove most oil stains. Fresh stains come out easier. We use specialized degreasers for stubborn spots and will be upfront about expected results.
Moving Services
We recommend 1-2 weeks, especially during busy seasons (summer, end of month). We do accommodate last-minute moves when possible—just give us a call.
We can provide boxes, tape, and materials for an additional fee. If you prefer to pack yourself, that's fine too. We're flexible.
Very carefully. We use furniture blankets, padding, and proper wrapping. If you have something particularly valuable, let us know and we'll give it extra attention.
Truck, fuel, equipment, and labor for loading, transporting, and unloading. We include furniture blankets and basic tools for disassembly. No hidden fees.
Yes—washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers. Just make sure they're disconnected and defrosted before we arrive.
We're fully insured. If something does get damaged, we'll work with you to make it right. We take photos before the move and handle everything with care.

Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion. For larger jobs, we may require a deposit.
