Our Services

Northwest Lift & Clean provides pressure washing and moving services in the Pacific Northwest region. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • House washing, driveway cleaning, deck and fence washing
  • Roof soft washing and gutter cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Local moving services
  • Junk removal and hauling
  • Furniture assembly and loading/unloading assistance

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and a visual assessment of the work required.
  • Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described or observed during the quote.
  • We will communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • We strive to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. If delays occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • For pressure washing services, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no additional charge.

Service Area

We primarily serve the Pacific Northwest, including areas in Washington and Oregon. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm service in your area.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us serve you better, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate information about the work needed and any access requirements.
  • Ensure clear access to work areas and move vehicles if necessary.
  • Secure pets during service appointments.
  • For moving services, have items ready and packed as agreed upon.
  • Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special handling requirements.

Liability

  • We take great care in performing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that arise from conditions beyond our control.
  • For pressure washing, some surfaces may have underlying damage that becomes visible after cleaning. We are not responsible for revealing pre-existing conditions.
  • For moving services, please inform us of any items requiring special care. We handle all items with care but cannot be responsible for items that are improperly packed or inherently fragile without prior notice.
  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We accept various payment methods. Please confirm accepted methods when scheduling.
